MONTROSE, CO – Montrose Regional Health today broke ground on its Ambulatory Care Center (ACC), a new four-story, 80,000 square foot state-of-the-art healthcare destination located in Montrose.

The building will improve the delivery of care into a more coordinated and integrated system, with convenient access, ample parking, and decreased cost of care. Developed in cooperation with NexCore Group, construction will begin immediately – with the grand opening projected to take place in late 2023.

The ACC will include various services, making it a one stop-shop in a convenient location. Services will include outpatient laboratory, physical therapy, ambulatory surgery, specialty care, and medical imaging – with a specially designed area for mammography and women’s imaging. The building will also include the services of other partners – including Cedar Point Health, who announced in March their partnership with Montrose Regional Health to help break down barriers to care.
