Recognizing our Latest Key Contributor Award Winner, Erika K.
Erika K., RN, was recognized with the Key Contributor Award for her ongoing dedication to teamwork, education, and financial stewardship at Montrose Regional Health. To best serve her team, Erika has cross-trained for multiple positions in her department, acting as a “relief role” when teammates are out. Additionally, Erika has streamlined the OR education process, uploading important documentation online to ensure it is easily accessible to those that need it. Over the last year, Erika has also been working towards her goal to “save the hospital $1 million in 2021.” In doing so, she has been able to reduce material waste and spending by an estimated $750,000!
