Alpine Women’s Centre Clinic & Med Spa
MONTROSE, CO – Montrose Regional Health’s Alpine Women’s Centre has a new location to serve women in the region with med spa services.
The Alpine Women’s Centre Clinic & Med Spa, located at 900 South 4th Street in Montrose, offers a wide array of services including MonaLisa Touch and several aesthetic procedures, including plasma pen services and microneedling.
“This is exciting news for our communities,” said Courtney Cryer, Service Line Director – Women’s Services at Montrose Regional Health. “These new services will help women of all ages address symptoms of menopause, their bladder, or even sexual health. The cosmetic procedures are great for our communities as well because our services are being overseen and guided by our OB/GYN physicians.”
The MonaLisa Touch is a simple, proven laser treatment that can improve urinary incontinence, improve sexual function, improve blood flow to restore elasticity and moisture to the area, and can reduce frequent infections and chronic vaginitis. In addition to the Mona Lisa, the new Med Spa has aesthetic services to meet the needs of women in our communities, including:
- Chemical Peels, which improve the appearance and texture of skin
- Platelet Rich Plasma, utilizing platelets and plasma to rejuvenate the skin
- Microneedling, a cosmetic procedure that stimulates collagen production
- Facials, which cleanse, exfoliate and nourish the skin
- Plasma Pen services, which tightens skin – it is the only device that can safely work around delicate areas of the eyes such as the upper eye lid
Med Spa services are available on a cash-pay basis. The clinic will not bill insurance for these particular services and payment options are available.
The original Alpine Women’s Centre, located on 800 South 3rd St., will continue to serve patients in the region with comprehensive Obstetric and Gynecology services. The new 900 location – in addition to being the home for aesthetic services – also serves as an additional space for regular OB/GYN visits, IUD insertions/removals, and other services for patients in the region.
